JENNIFER W. REAP, L.S.

President/Managing Principal

Involved in the field of land surveying (and all of its roles) since 1985, Jennifer grew up in the family business. She graduated from Iona College with a BA in Communications, and then forged on to get her NYS license in Land Surveying in 1999.

Promoted to President of B&W in 2015, Jennifer oversees the staff, operations, and finances of the firm, and continues to spearhead our systems upgrades to keep the company in-line with technology advances.

As Managing Principal, she has created new positions to streamline our processes and is actively involved in the QA/QC of our Surveying Department with Steve Miller, LS and Nicole Kalicicki, LS. Furthermore, she represents the firm at industry events and professional associations, fostering key client relationships and promoting the company's expertise. She also plays a crucial role in monitoring the firm's overall financial performance, making strategic decisions on resource allocation, and ensuring the profitability of both individual projects and the company. Concurrently, Jennifer is managing the extensive renovations of our two-story offices in Cold Spring.

Jennifer is an active member of both the Westchester-Putnam Association of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc. and the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc. where she serves on the PR Committee.

Previous community contributions include: Member of the Conservation Advisory Council of the Town of Poughkeepsie, NY and Member of Friends of Blodgett Library in Fishkill.

In her free time, Jennifer loves being outdoors, is an avid year-round tennis player, and enjoys hiking and fostering dogs for Crate Escape Rescue.
