Nicole T. Kalicicki, L.S.

Principal/Secretary


Nicole Kalicicki began her career with Badey & Watson as a summer intern in 2005. After graduating in 2006 from the Centre of Geographic Sciences in Nova Scotia, Canada, she was hired as a permanent employee.

Over the years, Nicole steadily increased her knowledge and skills as a surveyor, earning a trusted position within the firm. She obtained her Surveyor's License in 2020 and was promoted to principal in 2023.

Nicole is involved in a wide range of surveys—from small residential lots to parcels of 100 acres or more. She applies her expertise in survey computation and mapping, including the use of MicroSurvey STAR*NET, COGO, GPS, and AutoCAD. Nicole also utilizes recent technologies such as high-definition laser scanning and point cloud data extraction, enabling her to meet clients' needs.

Nicole is responsible for AutoCAD Civil 3D software and training, and she continually updates the firm's drafting procedures.

 Nicole is an active member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors, a Director of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc., and the President of the Mid-Hudson Valley Land Surveyors Association, Inc.

Nicole enjoys driving her three children to various activities, including orchestra, fiddle, baseball, basketball, and softball practices, games, and concerts. She also enjoys yoga, walking, book club, baking, and spending time with close friends and family, including traveling with them. She is always up for an adventure!
