Working summers and holiday breaks since she was 14 years old, Rebecca Linda has been a full-time employee at Badey & Watson since graduating from Hartwick College in 1991 with a B.A. in Mathematics.

Starting with clerical duties, Becky moved into bookkeeping in 1993, starting with accounts receivable and steadily taking over all bookkeeping and HR responsibilities. Her duties include payroll, human resources, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with local, state, federal and industry standards and requirements. She also maintains company records and policies, and spearheads major internal operations projects

In 2022, Becky became a Principal of the firm, and the Treasurer in 2023. She also leads the Administrative Department and acts as the liaison between the firm and all consultants, such as Legal, Accounting and Marketing.

As a breast cancer survivor, Becky spreads the word on early detection and supports Breast Cancer education & research. Her out of office “therapy” combines her life-long love of sewing with her passion for creating all types of bags, which she mostly gifts from her private stash!
