D. Walcutt, L.S.- Carmel, NY

Douglas Walcutt was an employee of Joseph Agnoli. When Mr. Agnoli closed his business in 1968, Mr. Walcutt worked for a short time for Burgess & Behr before obtaining his land surveying license. He worked mostly in Kent and Carmel and completed hundreds of land surveys in the Lake Carmel development until his passing in 2000.
